First and foremost: The Dog and Pony Show.

The dog:

Tsu brought home one of my Aunt's puppies when he came home from Oklahoma. He is *mostly* toy poodle.

And the pony.... what do you think, did he come through the winter a little on the thin side, do you think?

I'm not fat, I'm "Drafty!"

Please note *cough* our yard is full of junk *cough* and there is a TEMPORARY fence between the horse and the junk. Novel idea, eh? *wink*

  1. Dexter is darling! And Pippin says Brego looks beautiful - he is just as he should be! (But, Pippin would like to add that if you decide to cut back on Brego's food, send it to him... he thinks his owner is starving him!)

  2. Brego should send some of that padding to Rosie and Bonnie =(

Love the new pup, hopefully he watches for Brego hoofs though.

  3. Jen, Brego's hoof is twice th size of Dex, lol.

Dex is fascinated by Brego but there are never fewer than two fences between my dogs and my other animals unless the dogs are on a leash (and then there is the leash and a fence). I've always been paranoid about keeping the dogs and horses from interacting for the horse's safety but now I have to do it for the dog's safety....

Brego is absolutely deadly to anything smaller than a mini horse (unless it's a bird, then he is ok... lol). I even have to keep him away from the goats. He even attacked a coyote right after i got him. Left a bunch of hair and some blood stomped into the dirt. Haven't seen any sign of coyote around here since, lol. He even goes after barn cats when they dash through the paddock, and they are three times Dexter's size *shocked face*.
